1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. We will issue a full refund (full refund refers to the total amount we received).

During Shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. We appreciate your understanding, as it is difficult to intercept packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Return Policy

Before initiating a return, please contact us at service@reindeertools.com. We will guide you through the next steps.

Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, and must be returned in original packaging. Returns are handled based on the following conditions:

  1. Unless the product is defective or damaged, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. If the product has a problem, we will offer a replacement, refund, or compensation for the issue.

  3. We recommend keeping the original packaging for a short period after receiving the item.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized products

  • Bundled deals

  • Products that have been opened and used


2.2 Items Damaged During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item is damaged during transit, you are not responsible for the damage.

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund, with no additional cost to you.

We can provide a return shipping label and schedule a pickup, or you may return the item to the shipping location yourself.
If you choose to arrange your own return, we will reimburse the return shipping fee—please keep your shipping receipt.


2.3 Exchange Policy

  • Before order is prepared: You may request an exchange at any time. We will adjust the amount based on the price difference.

  • After order is prepared but before shipment: Exchanges are allowed, but a packaging fee may apply (fees vary by product).

  • After shipment: The original item must be returned before placing a new order.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

Step 1: If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email us at service@reindeertools.com. Be sure to include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the recipient’s name so we can assist you promptly.
Step 2: We will respond within 12 hours after verifying your information.
Step 3: Ship the product back to us.
Step 4: Once received, we will process your refund.


3.2 Return Address

After your return is approved, we will email you the correct return address.
Please note: The original shipping address is not the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will submit the refund request to your bank or PayPal within 1–2 business days after confirmation, and you will receive a notification email once it’s submitted.
Processing time depends on your bank or PayPal, but most refunds are completed within a few days.
For specific arrival times, please contact your bank or PayPal directly.


3.4 Fraud Prevention

We will never ask for any unrelated fees or sensitive personal information during the refund process.

4. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the carrier is unable to deliver to the address. We appreciate your understanding.
