Damaged Items During Shipping

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

We provide a return label and can arrange a courier pickup, or you may drop it off at a shipping location.
If you arrange the return yourself, we will reimburse the shipping cost (please retain the shipping receipt).

After order preparation but before shipment: Items can be exchanged, but a packaging fee will apply (fees vary by product).
After shipment: A new order must be placed, and the original item must be returned.
