1. We offer free shipping for single orders over $50. For orders under $50, there is a $15 shipping fee. However, if you are located in remote areas such as Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, etc., you will need to pay an additional $50-100 for shipping. We will communicate the exact amount via email.

2. Your order will be shipped from China. Our shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, YunExpress, etc. In most cases, we do not specify a particular carrier.

3. Generally, orders will be ready within 3 business days, and shipping will take 5-8 business days. If any special circumstances arise, we will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing the order.

Please Note: We are not responsible for delays in order processing or shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or other acts of God. Such events may impact lead time and shipping schedules, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.

5. For orders with multiple items, we will try to pack all products in one package. However, sometimes multiple packages may be needed. In such cases, we will inform you via email.

6. Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. Please understand. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

7. If there is visible damage to the package upon receipt, please refuse the delivery. If you find any damage to the product after opening the package, please contact us.

8. If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your house or ask your neighbors. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and also reach out to the carrier. We will assist you in resolving this issue.

9. You can change the shipping address before shipment, but once the order is in transit, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any charges resulting from incorrect order information. Thank you for your understanding.
