Reindeer Tools guarantees that all products sold are free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If any issues arise during normal use, we will offer free repairs or replacements.

Please retain your order information (after placing your order, we will send an order confirmation email that contains detailed information).

However, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. The warranty applies only when the product is used and maintained according to the provided manual and has not suffered damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, modification, theft, fire, flood, or other uncontrollable hazards.
2. Second-hand products, or products with unclear purchase channels.
3. Normal wear and tear, or damage to external appearance.
4. Consumables, such as blades, lubricants, etc.
5. Normal battery wear.
